How should I care for my cashmere garments?
We recommend machine washing your cashmere on a wool program (30°C) with specialized wool detergent. To maintain the softness and prevent pilling, lay the garment flat to dry and avoid hanging it, as this can cause stretching.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes may apply for shipments outside of the EU.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
